Hey what's up!

Today I want to share what I've learned from a Tuesday morning client review meeting.

Some days we get amazing open rates, click rates, and especially revenue on all accounts.

It could even total to about $25k+ in revenue for 3 clients.

But occasionally we get drops like open rates down by 12% this month.

And clients forget the near-perfect results we deliver.

This is what we call LOSS AVERSION.

People feel losses twice as strongly as gains.

So when clients see declining numbers without context, their brain screams "DANGER!"

But Spotify figured this out with their proactive communication strategy.

They send personalized notifications about new songs before users even know they want them.

And companies using proactive communication see 66% more favorable customer views.

Here's what you should do today: Schedule 15-minute weekly check-ins with every client.

Send them open rates, click rates, and one win from the week.

Even if numbers are flat, show them you're watching.

That's it for today.

See you again tomorrow,

Geb Vence
