Hey, what's up!

Today I want to share the exact email that tripled my client's click rates.

A few months ago, I worked with an adaptive yoga instructor.

Her subscribers were mostly seniors with mobility issues.

Her old emails: "Join our rejuvenating mindful movement sessions."

Click rate: 1.6%

Then I read what her students actually said.

Their real words.

"I just need something I can do without getting on the floor."

"My back is killing me by noon."

So I rewrote her next email using their exact language.

Subject: "FREE Full-Body Chair Workout for Strength & Mobility"

Preview: "Complete seated routine in just 15 minutes"

No fancy yoga speak.

Just their actual problem and specific solution.

Result: 4.7% click rate. Almost TRIPLE.

Psychology calls this "linguistic mirroring."

People trust messages that sound like their own thoughts.

So here's what you should do today.

Find your last 10 customer emails.

Write down their exact phrases for problems.

Use those words in your next subject line.

Not your version.

Theirs.

Instead of "Optimize Your Wellness Journey" try "Stop your back from hurting by noon."

Because your customers' words sell better than yours.

That's it for today.

See you again tomorrow,

Geb

P.S. If this helps your emails convert better, let me know.
