Hey what's up!
Today I want to share something I learned from a 1,100-year-old book.
Found this ancient Russian text called "The Way of a Pilgrim."
And buried inside was the simplest email psychology trick ever.
The pilgrim kept repeating one prayer: "Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on me."
Same words.
Over and over. Thousands of times daily.
Here's the wild part - it worked.
Because repetition creates what psychologists call the "mere exposure effect."
The more someone sees something, the more they like it.
Netflix uses this.
They show you the same show recommendation 17 times before you watch it.
McDonald's does it too. "I'm lovin' it" - how many times have you heard that?
Your emails should work the same way.
Instead of writing 12 different subject lines, pick your best one.
And repeat the core message in every email this week.
"The 3-minute trick that doubled my income."
"Why that 3-minute trick still works."
"Client used the 3-minute trick - here's what happened."
Repetition isn't boring. It's brain training.
Pick one message today.
Repeat it 7 different ways this week.
That's it for today.
See you again tomorrow,
Geb
